2024 Jeep Wrangler Power and Capability

Four impressive engines are available for the 2024 Wrangler, each providing drivers with tremendous power and capability. The base engine for the 2024 Wrangler is a 3.6-liter V6 which kicks out 285 horsepower and 260 lb-ft of torque that will pair with either a six-speed manual or eight-speed automatic transmission. If you go with a two-door version of the Wrangler, you can have a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder that doles out 270 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque that comes exclusively with an eight-speed automatic transmission. Those who decide on the off-road powerhouse known as the Rubicon will see a 6.4-liter V8 that pounds the ground with 470 horsepower and 470 lb-ft of torque. We should also mention the hybrid 4xe, which takes a turbocharged four-cylinder and adds some hybrid elements, including a battery pack and two electric motors to dish out a solid 375 horsepower and 470 lb-ft of torque, which you can get on all four-door versions of the Wrangler. 

Regarding capability, nothing beats a Jeep Wrangler, and the 2024 version takes things up a notch with the new Rubicon X trim. This new trim builds on everything the Rubicon offers with power-adjustable front seats, a navigation system, an Alpine sound system, Blind-Spot Warning with Rear Cross-Traffic Warning, and an Xtreme 35 package. There is also the Rubicon 392 trim which has some more advanced items such as a standard V8 engine, high-performance brakes, a 2-inch suspension lift,  Fox shock absorbers, a three-piece hardtop, LED headlights, leather upholstery, and rear parking sensors. The Rubicon trims also provide drivers with several options to make your drive more enjoyable, such as a forward-facing camera and Sky One-Touch power top. Not enough for you? Several packages, such as the Trailer Tow and HD Electrical Group, are available, with a Class II hitch and seven-pin wiring harness, upgraded alternator, and auxiliary switches. The Xtreme 35 package has 35-inch tires on bead-lock capable wheels, fender extensions, 4.56:1 axle gearing, a 1.5-inch suspension lift, and a reinforced hinge gate! There is nothing like the 2024 Wrangler! 

The 2024 Jeep Wrangler has six available trim levels, each with features! The base trim of the 2024 Wrangler is the Sport which is standard with foglights, tow hooks, skid plates, 17-inch steel wheels, and a 12.3-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The Sport S adds to this with alloy wheels, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, air conditioning, power windows, and door locks. The first of the four-door versions is the Sahara which will give you more luxury and practice items, such as a body-color grille and fender flairs, 18-inch wheels, full-time four-wheel-drive, an upgraded driver information display, automatic climate control, heated front seats and steering wheel. Finally, we need to mention the original Rubicon trim, which has a bunch of fun off-road features such as 17-inch wheels with all-terrain tires, heavy-duty front and rear axles with shorter gearing, 4:1 low-range gearing, and electronic locking front and rear differentials. But wait, there's more! The Rubicon also has an electronic disconnecting front stabilizer bar, rock rails, and off-road plus drive mode.
